Someone searching for a cardiac specialist shouldn't have to know which specific hospital website to look on. Unifying eight hospital sites under one domain is a technical achievement. Giving regional teams the tools to keep those sites current independently is what makes it viable over the long term. ## The component library was what made the platform sustainable. Aster Hospitals' challenge is one that large healthcare networks face as they grow: digital properties built independently at different times, by different teams, with no shared foundation. The user experience reflected the organization's history rather than its current identity. Aster Hospitals operates across the Middle East and India with a large network of regional facilities.
