Rather than migrating each site in isolation, Specbee took a consolidation approach. Consolidation was a member experience decision, not just a technical one. Physicians navigating between continuing education resources and liability coverage shouldn't feel like they're switching vendors. A shared resource library and consistent navigation made the digital presence match the actual integrated service model. ## Consolidation was a member experience decision. Physicians Insurance had been managing their digital properties with a patchwork approach that worked well enough, until it didn't. The separate sites meant members experienced Physicians Insurance as two different organizations. Physicians Insurance is the largest insurer of physicians in Washington State and the go-to source for risk management consulting, continuing medical education, and claims administration for medical firms across the Pacific Northwest.
