Kashyap Rai has been with Specbee for over six years now. Being the first job in his career, we’ve seen him grow through highs and lows. It’s been an inspiring journey to see him transitioning from a developer to a Project Manager, shuffling through his various skills and talents all at once.

“Over the past 6.5 years, my professional journey has been filled with growth, learning, and memorable experiences. I began my career at Specbee as a developer, where I had the opportunity to hone my technical skills and contribute to impactful projects. Through consistent effort and dedication, I earned a promotion to Project Manager despite having limited prior experience in this role. This marked a pivotal turning point in my professional journey, as it allowed me to transition from a technical role into a leadership position. Despite having limited prior experience working with different projects, Specbee entrusted me with this responsibility, demonstrating their confidence in my abilities.

My current role helped me upgrade from technical execution to strategic leadership, enabling me to oversee projects, lead teams, and ensure successful delivery.
