1. What is it like to work at Specbee?
Working at Specbee has been an incredible experience for me. As a designer, the flexibility to work from anywhere has been a huge advantage, allowing me to break free from creative blocks whenever they arise. Sometimes, finding inspiration and unlocking my creativity can be a challenge, but having the freedom to change my environment helps me overcome those moments. The supportive work culture at Specbee keeps me motivated and excited to tackle each day, making it a truly inspiring place to work.
2. With a full-time remote job, what do you do to follow your passion?
With a full-time remote job, I’m able to pursue my passions in various ways. I love creating content on weekends and sharing design insights to help young designers develop their skills. It’s incredibly rewarding to support others in their creative journeys. I also make time to listen to and play music, which is a great creative outlet for me. Staying fit is another passion, so I focus on my fitness by going to the gym and running regularly. Balancing work with these activities keeps me energized and inspired every day.
3. What impact has it had on your overall development?
Working at Specbee has profoundly boosted my overall development. The flexibility here enables me to fully engage in my passions—creating content, mentoring young designers, and refining my design skills—fueling both my creative and professional growth. My commitment to fitness through the gym and running enhances my energy, discipline, and focus, while music provides a creative recharge. Balancing my work at Specbee with these pursuits has shaped me into a more dynamic and fulfilled individual.
