GT Aerospace Engineering School's Mentors In Residence Initiative (MIR) enables Aerospace Engineering students to choose mentors from various industries and schedule consultations. The department needed an urgent solution to rectify scheduling issues and notification failures and streamline its MIR program. Our team initiated a comprehensive redevelopment effort, incorporating thorough client consultation and innovative problem-solving.

Here’s what we did:

• Revamped the scheduling app using state-of-the-art tech.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) is at the forefront of Parkinson’s disease research. They wanted to streamline information and enhance their research capabilities through their Scientific Publications Project - a research-centered knowledge hub. The goal: to organize extensive Parkinson’s research data and to improve knowledge management.

Here's what we did:

• Loaded large datasets in batches for efficient data management
• Initially fetched and stored data to create a reliable database
• Employed incremental loading through batch processes to keep data updated
• Integrated auto-suggest filters for authors and journals, improving search functionality
• Enhanced user experience by displaying relevant records based on user input
• Removed dependency on exhaustive dropdown lists for smoother navigation

Credit Builders Alliance (CBA), a nonprofit connecting members to the credit reporting system, needed a full migration from Drupal 7 to 10 with complex third-party integrations. The project faced challenges with no testing environments, production data dependencies, and tight deadlines. Through careful planning, rigorous testing, and strong collaboration, we delivered on time, ensuring a positive client experience.

Here's how we did it:

• Worked with the client to test credit bureau integrations directly in production.
• Recreated complex Drupal 7 features in Drupal 10 through constant client communication.
• Managed tight deadlines with team collaboration and regular follow-ups.
• Enhanced third-party integrations with custom modules, including Metro2 and Salesforce.

Ubicquia, a leading company distributing smart city solutions, provides sensor-based technology to optimize streetlight energy consumption. Previously, they were using a third-party ROI calculator but wanted to bring it in-house for better control. The goal was to build a high-performance, standalone calculator within Ubicquia’s platform, built on Drupal 10.

Here’s what we did:

• Recreated the calculator with identical design but with faster, optimized calculations.
• Built a dynamic, high-speed JS structure for seamless performance
• Added an info icon modal for better usability
• Integrated a new carbon emission reduction calculator
• Developed a configurable form for future formula updates

Torani, a well-known San Fransisco-based company, produces a delightful array of over 150 flavors in sauces and syrups that you can find worldwide, maybe even at your neighborhood Starbucks! They needed a landing page for its partnership with the "Book Club: The Next Chapter" movie release. Specbee stepped in to swiftly create a page aligned with the film's debut for maximum impact. We used a tailored coding approach to meet the unique layout requirements for the page, providing flexibility in both design and functionality.
